Nathaniel met his Grandpa Davis yesterday for the first time. The weather is real nice too so my dad has been able to enjoy Nashville. Overall, Nate has been in a pretty good mood and not at all fussy so the visit is going well. Granted our schedule revolves around the lil guy so it makes sightseeing difficult, but mostly he is here to hang and enjoy Nate's babbling and smiles. We took him to Bosco's, a brewery nearby, and he made it all the way through dinner without crying - Nate not my dad ;) It has been nice having an extra set of hands to carry the heavy car seat besides me just making Kevin do it. Today we went to a local winery and enjoyed a bottle of champagne to celebrate Nate, my dad's bday and just being able to visit. It was yummy.
Nate Note: Lately, Nate really enjoys doing something I like to call *Baby Jacks* These are basically jumping jacks, but done laying down and by a baby. I guess they kind of look like snow angels too. He gets a real kick out of himself when he gets going. He gets all excited and just does a bunch in a row and real fast.
